Description
A long cable chain carries two kinds of station along its length. Flat kite-shaped plaques are cut from sheet and hung from one corner so they sit point-down, and between them the necklace is set with mixed stones, faceted and hung one to a link, in green, blue, yellow, pink and black.
The plaques are polished flat, so they mirror whatever is around them and read bright or dark as the chain turns. The stones hang clear of the links with nothing crowding them, and take light straight through the facets rather than reflecting it off a setting.
The chain runs long, which lets the stations spread out instead of gathering at the front, and it closes with a spring ring. Made in Surat in 925 sterling silver.
