About this policy

This policy applies to products whose prices are linked to prevailing precious metal or gemstone prices. As a result, these products are subject to different pricing, cancellation, refund, exchange, and valuation conditions than standard jewellery.

Where this policy applies, it will be clearly stated on the relevant product page before purchase.

Questions relating to cancellations, returns, exchanges, refunds, and Javeri House Credit are covered by our Refunds, Returns & Exchanges Policy, except where this policy states otherwise.

Where there is any inconsistency between this policy and another Javeri House policy, this Market Pricing Policy will prevail for products identified as Market Pricing products.

Which products are covered?

This policy applies only to products expressly identified on their product page as being subject to Market Pricing.

Examples include, but are not limited to:

• Gold bullion
• Silver bullion
• Precious metal bars
• Investment coins
• Loose natural diamonds
• Laboratory-grown (CVD) diamonds
• Loose coloured gemstones
• Any other product designated by Javeri House as a Market Pricing product

The product page always determines whether this policy applies.

How is pricing determined?

Prices are determined using the prevailing Javeri House selling price at the time your order is confirmed.

Because precious metal and gemstone prices fluctuate, product prices may change without notice until your order has been successfully placed and accepted by Javeri House.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch in accordance with the Refunds, Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Where cancellation is approved, any applicable refund, deductions, or valuation adjustments will be calculated in accordance with this Market Pricing Policy.

Can I return a Market Pricing product?

Market Pricing products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Where a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly supplied, incomplete, or materially different from its description, the protections described in the Refunds, Returns & Exchanges Policy continue to apply.

Where a monetary refund is approved, the valuation principles set out in this policy will apply.

Can I exchange a Market Pricing product?

Market Pricing products are not eligible for exchange.

Where a replacement is approved because a product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied, Javeri House will determine the appropriate remedy in accordance with the Refunds, Returns & Exchanges Policy.

How are refunds valued?

Where a monetary refund is approved under this policy:

• precious metals, natural diamonds, laboratory-grown (CVD) diamonds, and other gemstones will be valued using the prevailing Javeri House selling price on the date the refund is processed;
• making charges, design charges, certification charges, customisation charges, taxes, shipping charges, and other non-recoverable charges are not refundable unless otherwise stated.

How is the prevailing Javeri House selling price determined?

The prevailing Javeri House selling price is the selling price published by Javeri House for the applicable product, precious metal, gemstone, or valuation category on the date the relevant transaction is processed.

Javeri House reserves the right to determine the applicable valuation where product specifications, market conditions, or pricing structures require reasonable adjustment.
