As many of our pieces are handcrafted, slight variations in finish, stone characteristics, dimensions or weight are a natural part of the making process and are not considered defects.

An order is accepted only once we confirm it.

Occasionally we may be unable to accept or fulfil an order. This may happen where:

• the jewellery does not pass our final quality inspection;

• product information or pricing contains an error;

• payment cannot be verified; or

• circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent fulfilment.

Where we are unable to fulfil an order after payment has been received, we will notify you and refund any amount paid using your original payment method.

Pricing, cancellations, shipping, returns, exchanges, refunds and warranty services are governed by their respective policies.

All content available on this website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, trademarks, designs and other materials, belongs to Javeri House or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

If you submit a review, photograph, testimonial or other content to Javeri House, you confirm that you have the necessary rights to share it.

Subject to your right as a consumer to approach the consumer forum having jurisdiction where you reside or work, the courts at Surat, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
